Step by Step Process
Please follow the steps below to proceed:
- Download the registration form here .
- Fill up the registration form and have it signed by the authorized signatory.
- Submit the signed form to customercare@sesami.com with subject Change user for an existing SESAMi account. The form must be submitted by the existing user, or the authorized staff registered in SESAMi.
- Upon receipt of the signed form, SESAMi will process the change.
- User ID of the new user will be issued to the new user's email within 1-2 working days.
