Fill up the registration form and have it signed by the authorized signatory.
Submit the signed form to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject Change user for an existing SESAMi account. The form must be submitted by the existing user, or the authorized staff registered in SESAMi.
Upon receipt of the signed form, SESAMi will process the change.
User ID of the new user will be issued to the new user's email within 1-2 working days.
